Trish leads Orchid Security's growth strategy, focusing on strategic partnerships and scaling the company's impact across the identity security market. Prior to Orchid, she played a pivotal role at Wiz, helping grow the company from $3 million to $350 million in ARR in just four years. She began her career supporting endpoint security initiatives for the U.S. Department of Defense and has since built deep expertise across product management, sales engineering, and executive leadership, combining technical knowledge with a passion for building high-growth organizations.

Rotem Lurie has spent her career at the intersection of identity and security. After serving as an intelligence lieutenant in Unit 8200, she led identity initiatives for Microsoft Defender for Cloud, became the first product hire at Axis Security, helping scale the company through its acquisition by HPE, and later joined YL Ventures.
She founded Venice to reinvent privileged access for hybrid, AI-driven environments. In this session, Rotem will explain why standing privilege is not just a configuration problem, but an architectural one, and how modern organizations can rethink access for the AI era.
