BALD stands for Badass Lady Drinks,  brings together women leaders, practitioners, founders, and friends across the identity security ecosystem.

Cybersecurity remains a predominantly male industry, with women representing around 20 to 25 percent of the field overall. Identity security has stronger representation, with women making up roughly 25 to 35 percent, but there is still more work to do.

BALD is a chance to celebrate that progress, recognize the women shaping identity security, and raise a glass to the community we are continuing to build.
